This spacious home is located on many manicured acres of private land. There are 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and comfortably sleeps six people.

A comfortable living area and fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances. The dining room seats 6 with a sliding glass door to deck. The large common deck on the lower floor wraps around the main living area and bedrooms. A small infinity plunge pool off the deck offers great ocean breezes make this area perfect for cooling off, taking in the views and socializing with friends and family. Lots of gathering space with the built in bench seating and patio set with seating for 4.

The upper master suite is spacious with a private balcony and never ending views of the island’s south shore. A huge walk in closet and a large bathroom with shower and separate tub. The 2 main-floor has 2 bedrooms, one queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, lots of closet space, both opening onto the common deck area. There is a shared bathroom with tiled shower.

Walk to the dock located on the property, here you can take a water taxi to many of the fun “things to do” on the East End’s South Shore. Take a tour of the mangroves where pirates once explored. Stop at one of the many hot spots for lunch and some cold drinks. Go fishing, scuba diving or snorkeling just minutes away.

In home island cooking or massages can also be part of your island paradise stay.
There are fans throughout the home, AC in some areas as well as a washer and dryer.
