This large 800 square foot walk-out suite, with 10′ ceilings, is fully furnished with all the items you need to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable. Bedroom with queen size bed, full size kitchen appliances with all utensils for cooking, Smart 48″ TV, DVD player On the outside deck, a hammock, deck chairs and table to relax with your favorite beverage and watch the ocean. The Spa/Plunge pool is shared with the owner and Ocean Breeze Bungalow.

Included in the rental price are: Wifi Internet access, TV with English and Spanish channels, Personal Safe. Motion lights, with private driveway parking. Private Security system.

Solar Power and backup batteries guarantee no power outages.

Nice breezes year around so A/C is generally not needed. A/C is an additional fee according to separate meter if used. The apartment has its own electric meters.
